Author's Day at Primary Schools

Stories have the power to shape how we see ourselves and others.  When young readers find characters who look like them, share their experiences, or open windows into different worlds, it helps build empathy, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

Inclusive books remind us that everyone’s story matters.  In our School Talks, Sara Momtaz shares why representation in literature is essential, how it inspires creativity and kindness, and how every child can be both a reader and a storyteller whose voice deserves to be heard.
